War Museum
The War museum was founded in 1975, and despite it seemingly lack-luster wartime exhibits, it is often very highly rated and enjoyed by visitors because it covers recent, ancient and historic wars. Some of the artifacts are truly ancient, the artwork is sublime, and the statues and carvings are some of the best in the city.
Finding The War museum
The museum is very close to Syntagma Square, which should make it easy to find for most people. There are a great many bus routes that take you there where you may disembark at Rigilis station. You should also get off at the Rigilis station if you take the trolley. If you take the metro, then get off at the Evaggelismos Station.

Helpful Information
One of the most common disappointments are the informational plaques (there are few of them). Plus, they have a lot of artifacts from World War II, and some people are disappointed because they can see those types of things in museums around the world. Despite the fact that it is good, the museum needs a lot of maintenance work. You can spend a good one or two hours in the museum without becoming bored.
